Our approach is full body and musculoskeletal based. Through our skill of joint palpation and muscle assessment, identifying the anatomical structures that are causing pain, inflammation and dysfunction are key. Keeping the joints and muscles in balance creates a stable structure and less pain.
Movement is essential for all of our patients. Training the body to perform fundamental motions subconsciously and focusing on proprioception, core and hip involvement prevents further injury. Whether it is coming back from an injury, training for pre-season, or staying in optimal shape during season, we offer a complimentary treatment plan.
Daly Method offers massage therapy which complements our chiropractic treatments as well as nutritional guidance and cleanse/detox programs. Sole Support Orthotics is also offered to our patients.
Daly Method fuses chiropractic care with functional movement. When a patient comes in with an injury the last thing we want to do is take them away from their passion, whether it be running, tennis, dance, etc. We want our patients to stay active during their treatment plan and we encourage this when possible. We believe in our treatment approach and are confident in our skill sets. Incorporating soft tissue techniques such as ART and Graston allows us to target specific anatomical structures to aid in the healing process. Daly Method has an amazing sports rehabilitation area that allows patients to perform return to play agility, balance, plyometric, and strength exercises.
